If you haven’t noticed, I adore doing newborn photography sessions! I get all the fun of squeezing brand new babies and none of the sleep deprivation. Collin is one of those babies I had been waiting and waiting to meet. I am lucky to call his mom a friend.
He came over for pictures with a full belly and was ready to nap! He is as cute as they come (but no one expected any different, his mom and dad are adorable).
At just 11 days old he was still happy to be curled up!

Here is another great example of what to wear for pictures! I loved the blue jeans and tied shirt but I really, really loved the dress and flower. So pretty! Accessories (like the flower clip) are a great way to ad variety to your pictures and gives you some fun options.
This session was great because we were able to do it at The Old Mill in North Little Rock. Not only is it a beautiful place to pictures but it also is somewhere special for this family and a place they love to visit.

As I drive through places I will often end up driving around the block because I think I saw somewhere that could be great for pictures. This is one of those spots! When a client arrives with an open mind as to what they want and is willing to explore downtown for a bit, it makes for a fun session and some great images.
